Transitioning
The need to take stock of one’s own professional life can arise even when navigating in safe waters. Being stuck for a long time in a role that does not stimulate us anymore, in a context in which we know well how to maneuver but that does not belong to us anymore, might make us long for a different life mode. In a simpler and more mysterious way, it might make us feel anxious about the future. Despite being quite tiring, such situations can actually become precious occasions to evolve and face questions that we often overlook: Who am I? Where do I want to go?
Transitioning sessions begin with a review of one’s professional history and focus on the actual and potential self. Eventually, they offer a structured path that allows the client to elaborate a new plan, reconnect to their core and rediscover a renewed meaning, sense of belonging and motivation.
